Return Policy for Beauty Bae Cosmetics

Thank you for shopping with Beauty Bae Cosmetics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at support@beautybaecosmetics.com.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please email us at support@beautybaecosmetics.com for return instructions and address details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@beautybaecosmetics.com.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items
